L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La présente consultation concerne : - La maintenance et la régénération d'inter saison courante de la pelouse du terrain d'honneur du stade Pierre Rajon ainsi que la maintenance du terrain synthétique annexe - Les opérations annexes en fonction des besoins liés aux manifestations (interventions lors des matchs, etc.) et conditions climatiques (bâchage, etc.) du terrain d'honneur du stade Rajon - Les opérations en fonction des besoins de maintenance et de régénération d'inter saison des terrains pelouse (stade de la Plaine, Chantereine) - Les opérations en fonction des besoins de maintenance des terrains en gazon synthétiques (Pré-Pommier et Chantereine) La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP). En cas d'impossibilité du titulaire à exécuter les prestations dues, l'acheteur public peut s'adresser à un autre prestataire.
