l’appel d’offres porte sur la réalisation et l’exploitation d’installations de production d’électricité à partir de l’énergie solaire et situées dans les zones non interconnectées. En vertu du 2º de l’article L. 311-12, les candidats retenus désignés par le ministre chargé de l’énergie bénéficient d’un contrat de complément de rémunération à l’électricité produite, établi selon les dispositions des articles L. 311-13-2 à L. 311-13-4 du code de l’énergie et selon les modalités précisées par le présent cahier des charges. Les Installations éligibles sont réparties en deux familles ainsi définies : Famille 1 : installations photovoltaïques sur bâtiments, hangars, ombrières, ombrières agrivoltaïques et serres agrivoltaïques, de puissance strictement supérieure à 500 kWc; Famille 2 : installations photovoltaïques au sol, de puissance strictement supérieure à 500 kWc et inférieure ou égale à 12 MWc pour les projets sur terrains correspondant aux cas 1 et 2 du paragraphe 2.6 et strictement supérieure à 500 kWc pour les projets sur terrains correspondant au cas 3 du paragraphe 2.6. La puissance cumulée appelée est répartie en périodes de candidature, s'échelonnant sur cinq années. Le candidat dont l’offre a été retenue s’engage à ce que l’achèvement de son installation intervienne avant la date limite définie par le cahier des charges.
