La présente consultation a pour objet de sélectionner un opérateur en vue de la conclusion d'un contrat de concession de type délégation de service public au sens de l'article L. 1411-1 et suivants du Code Général des Collectivités territoriales et de l'article L. 1121-1 du Code de la commande publique relatif à l'exploitation du site de traitement de valorisation énergétique des déchets située à Calce et pour la conception, la construction et le financement d'ouvrages nécessaires à son évolution Le Concessionnaire aura pour mission d'assurer, à ses frais et risques, l'exploitation de l'UTVE Arc Iris à Calce. Le contrat aura également pour objet de confier au Concessionnaire la conception, le financement et la réalisation des travaux d'amélioration décrits au sein du Programme de travaux
