GROUPEMENT DE COMMANDES DE FOURNITURE ET D'ACHEMINEMENT D'ELECTRICITE POUR LA VILLE, LE CENTRE COMMUNAL D'ACTION SOCIALE ET LA RESIDENCE AUTONOMIE "LES ROSES" DE LA VILLE D'AUCHEL. L'objet du présent marché concerne la fourniture et l'acheminement d'électricité. Le marché n'est pas alloti. La présente consultation est lancée par un groupement de commandes, constitué du CCAS de la ville d'Auchel, de la résidence autonomie "Les Roses" et la Ville d'Auchel (coordonnateur du Groupement de commandes). Une convention de groupement de commandes a été établie entre ces 3 entités publiques. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents, après remise en concurrence lors de la survenance du besoin, sans minimum et avec un maximum annuel de 1 000 MWh pour la quantité d'électricité consommée. L'accord-cadre est conclu avec plusieurs titulaires, au maximum quatre (4). Néanmoins, dans l'hypothèse où le nombre de candidatures ou d'offres ne serait pas suffisant pour attribuer l'accord-cadre, le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité d'attribuer l'accord-cadre aux attributaires ayant présenté une offre conforme.
