Description

La consultation a pour objet l'acquisition de fournitures d'éclairage public pour les installations, réparations et autres interventions réalisées en régie par le service technique compétent de la Ville de Dieppe. Les caractéristiques des fournitures attendues au titre de ce marché public, ainsi que leurs conditions d'exécution, sont spécifiées dans le CCTP (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières), le BPU/DQE (Bordereau de Prix Unitaires / Détail Quantitatif Estimatif) ainsi que dans le CCAP (Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières). La durée de validité du marché est la période à l'intérieur de laquelle les bons de commande peuvent être émis. Elle est fixée à 12 mois, à compter de la date de notification, reconductible tacitement trois (3) fois par périodes similaires de 12 mois, sans pouvoir excéder 48 mois
