L’objet de la présente consultation vise à désigner les futurs concessionnaires des services publics d’eau potable et d’assainissement collectif de la Communauté de communes Touraine Vallée de l’Indre. La procédure comprend 2 lots : - Le Lot n°1 concerne la concession du service public de l’eau potable - Le Lot n°2 concerne la concession du service public de l’assainissement collectif. Les candidats peuvent candidater pour un ou deux lots. La présente procédure est passée en application des dispositions de la troisième partie du Code de la Commande Publique. La procédure est une procédure ouverte : les candidats sont informés qu’ils devront remettre simultanément leurs dossiers de candidatures et leurs offres. Dans l’hypothèse où ils candidatent pour les deux lots, les candidats remettront des dossiers de manière distincte pour chaque lot. Les dossiers de candidature et d’offre devront être envoyés dans le respect des demandes faites au Règlement de la consultation. Les deux contrats prendront effet le 1er janvier 2028. Valeur estimée globale (Valeur Hors TVA) : 76 000 000 € L’objet de la présente consultation vise à désigner le futur concessionnaire du service public d’eau potable de la Communauté de communes Touraine Vallée de l’Indre. Le contrat prendra effet le 1er janvier 2028 pour une durée de 9 ans.; L’objet de la présente consultation vise à désigner le futur concessionnaire du service public d’assainissement collectif de la Communauté de communes Touraine Vallée de l’Indre.
