Le présent marché a pour objet la location-maintenance de fontaines à eau sur réseau, ainsi que l'achat de gobelets pour les services municipaux de la ville et du Centre Communal d'Action Sociale de Levallois (CCAS). La ville de Levallois organise cette procédure en tant que coordonnateur du groupement de commande constitué avec le Centre Communal d'Action Sociale de Levallois. Le présent marché est soumis au Code de la Commande Publique, document désigné par les termes « le Code » dans l'ensemble des pièces de la consultation. Qualifié de marché de fournitures, il est soumis aux dispositions du Cahier des Clauses Administratives Générales applicable aux marchés publics de fournitures courantes et de services, approuvé par l'Arrêté du 30 mars 2021. Il est passé selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert, soumis aux dispositions des articles R.2124-2 et R2161-1 à R.2161-5 du Code. Il s'agit d'un marché à bons de commande, soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2125-1, R.2162-1 à R216-6, R2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code. Le marché sera attribué à un unique titulaire pour une durée maximale de 3 ans reconductions comprises. S'agissant d'une procédure ouverte, le nombre maximal de participants n'est pas limité. La valeur totale des marchés est estimée à 210 000 euro(s) HTVA, compte tenu de sa durée et des éventuelles reconductions, soit 70 000 euro(s) HTVA par an, dont 1 000 euro(s) HTVA par an réservé au CCAS
