La Poste souhaite faire appel à un prestataire assurant la vente et la mise à disposition de machines à café professionnelles, la vente de dosettes professionnelles et de consommables (notamment gobelets, mélangeurs, sucre dosettes), pour des sites La Poste répartis en France métropolitaine ainsi que, le cas échéant, la réalisation de prestations associées de réassort, d’entretien et de maintenance des appareils. La Poste souhaite faire appel à un prestataire assurant la vente et la mise à disposition de machines à café professionnelles, de dosettes professionnelles et de consommables, pour des sites La Poste répartis en France métropolitaine ainsi que, le cas échéant, la réalisation de prestations associées de réassort, d’entretien et de maintenance des appareils. A titre purement informatif, le parc d’appareils installés, au démarrage du contrat, est estimé à 596 machines à café professionnelles, dont 447 petites machines à café de type OCS (« Office Coffee Service »). A titre purement informatif, en moyenne en 2025, 90 % des achats par La Poste concernent la fourniture de dosettes de café (soit environ 1,2 millions d'unités), 5 % concernent la fourniture de machines à café, 5 % concernent la fourniture de consommables. En moyenne, 90 % des machines à café sont achetées, 10 % sont mises à disposition. Un attributaire unique est envisagé pour ce lot. Le montant maximum de l'accord-cadre est fixé à 5 400 000 euros hors taxes sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre, période de reconductions comprises. La durée de validité de l'offre est d'un an.
