France - Design and execution of research and development - Gap analysis of newsroom skills, policies and gender mainstreaming in Eastern Europe

The International Fund For Public Interest Media (IFPIM) is seeking a qualified research partner to carry out a regional gap analysis covering newsroom skills, workflows, policies and gender-inclusive practices across all 30+ current grantee newsrooms in Eastern Europe. The study will assess organisational capacity and identify existing gaps, then produce tailored, actionable recommendations and a Technical Assistance plan for each grantee and for the region. The work has two phases: first detecting institutional and skills-related gaps and tracking gender-inclusive practices across Eastern Partnership grantee newsrooms, then developing prioritised recommendations and a capacity-building plan.
