Description

Cet accord-cadre concerne, pour la collecte des ordures ménagères résiduelles (OMR), sur le territoire de Cholet Agglomération, soit pour 26 communes, pour les années 2027 à 2030 : - la fourniture et la pose de colonnes enterrées à déchets ménagers, - le réaménagement (rétrofit) des colonnes enterrées à déchets ménagers obsolètes, - la fourniture de pièces détachées pour les colonnes enterrées via catalogue, - la fourniture de colonnes aériennes, pour des emballages ménagers (EM) et verre. A titre prévisionnel, l’accord-cadre prévoit : - L’implantation d’environ 59 nouvelles colonnes enterrées - Le remplacement d’environ 74 colonnes semi-enterrées par des colonnes enterrées - Le réaménagement « rétrofit » d’environ 38 colonnes enterrées - L’implantation d’environ 60 nouvelles colonnes aériennes. Les travaux de fouilles, déblaiement, mise en place de radier, remblaiement et finition font l’objet d’un autre marché. Les prestations sont décomposées en deux lots, comme suit : - Lot n°1 - fourniture et pose de colonnes enterrées à déchets ménagers - Lot n°2 - fourniture de colonnes aériennes à déchets ménagers. L'accord-cadre à bons de commande est passé pour une première période de 24 mois à compter de la date de notification, renouvelable deux fois par reconduction expresse, à chaque date anniversaire par période de 12 mois. Conformément à l’article R.2162-4 du Code de la commande publique, l'accord-cadre à bons de commande est passé avec montant maximum, par période (définies à l’article E du présent acte d’engagement), comme suit : Pour le lot n°1 : Première période : 1 400 000,00 € HT, soit 1 680 000,00 € TTC Deuxième période : 700 000,00 € HT, soit 840 000,00 € TTC Troisième période : 700 000,00 € HT, soit 840 000,00 € TTC. Pour le lot n°2 : Première période : 200 000,00 € HT, soit 240 000,00 € TTC Deuxième période : 100 000,00 € HT, soit 120 000,00 € TTC Troisième période : 100 000,00 € HT, soit 120 000,00 € TTC.
