Le marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commandes, ayant pour objet la fourniture d'une solution informatique permettant la gestion de la présence d'ARTE sur le numérique (ci-après désignée par le terme la " Solution "). Il est précisé que l'accord-cadre sera conclu avec un minimum de 25 (vingt-cinq) accès utilisateurs et avec un maximum de 100 (cent) accès utilisateurs simultanés par an. Un groupement de commandes a été constitué entre ARTE FRANCE et ARTE GEIE pour la mise en oeuvre du marché, conformément à l'article L.2113-6 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le présent marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commandes, ayant pour objet la fourniture d'une solution informatique permettant la gestion de la présence d'ARTE sur le numérique (ci-après désignée par le terme la " Solution "). Il est précisé que l'accord-cadre sera conclu avec un minimum de 25 (vingt-cinq) accès utilisateurs et avec un maximum de 100 (cent) accès utilisateurs simultanés par an.
