Appel d'offres ouvert portant sur la fabrication de polos devant aboutir à la notification de 2 accords-cadres multi attributaires avec un minimum et un maximum fixés en valeur d'une durée de 4 ans. la procédure est allotie : - lot n° 1 : fabrication de polos en fibres synthétiques et naturelles : avec un minimum de 5 000 000,00 € HT et un maximum de 75 000 000,00 € HT d’une durée de 4 ans ; accord-cadre à bons de commande et à marchés subséquents multi attributaires (4 attributaires) ; Le marché subséquent n°1 à quantité fixe, mono-attributaire, sera attribué à l’issue de l’attribution de l’accord-cadre selon les dispositions prévues à l’article 14.2 du règlement de la consultation. •- lot n° 2 fabrication de polos en fibres naturelles : avec un minimum de 4 000 000,00 € HT et un maximum de 37 000 000,00 € HT d'une durée de 4 ans; accord-cadre à bons de commande, multi attributaires (2 attributaires) lot n° 1 : fabrication de polos en fibres synthétiques et naturelles : avec un minimum de 5 000 000,00 € HT et un maximum de 75 000 000,00 € HT € HT d’une durée de 4 ans ; accord-cadre à bons de commande et à marchés subséquents multi attributaires (4 attributaires) ; Le marché subséquent n°1 à quantité fixe, mono-attributaire, sera attribué à l’issue de l’attribution de l’accord-cadre selon les dispositions prévues à l’article 14.2 du règlement de la consultation.; Lot multi attributaires (2) à bons de commande avec un minimum et un maximum fixés en valeur : minimum 4 000 000,00 € HT / maximum 37 000 000,00 € HT.
