L’Institut des NanoSciences de Paris (INSP) est une unité mixte de recherche du CNRS et de Sorbonne Université. Ses objectifs scientifiques s’inscrivent au cœur de la recherche fondamentale en nanosciences, avec néanmoins des ouvertures vers des domaines d’applications variés : opto-électronique et télécommunications, sciences de la terre et environnement, catalyse et diagnostic médical. Le projet d'acquérir un centre d'usinage 5 axes continu, mené par le responsable de l'atelier mécanique de l'INSP, est devenu une priorité. Cette machine répondra à la demande croissante de pièces mécaniques complexes émanant des équipes de recherche du laboratoire. Cette acquisition vise à : • Satisfaire les besoins des équipes de recherche en pièces mécaniques de haute complexité. • Améliorer les conditions de travail et les techniques d'usinage. • Réduire l'empreinte écologique des opérations d'usinage. Au-delà des besoins de l'INSP, ce centre d'usinage sera un atout majeur pour la nouvelle plateforme de Sorbonne Université, Méca Five dirigé par le technicien en mécanique de l'INSP. Ce projet représente une avancée significative pour la capacité de production de pièces complexes au sein de l'INSP et pour la mutualisation des ressources au sein de Sorbonne Université et du CNRS. L’objet du marché porte sur l’acquisition d’un centre d'usinage 5 axes continus au sein de l’Institut des NanoSciences de Paris (INSP), UMR 7588 CNRS Le présent marché comprend à minima: l’acquisition, les Performances techniques et fonctionnelles minimales attendues de l’équipement, la livraison assurée par le titulaire, l’installation et la mise en service, la formation aux utilisateurs, et la garantie contractuelle et support associé. La consultation ne prévoit pas ni variantes ni prestations supplémentaires éventuelles.
