Description

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l’acquisition de casques de maintien de l’ordre (MO) pare-coups au profit des forces de maintien de l’ordre. L’exécution de l’accord-cadre s’effectue en France métropolitaine.En application de l’article L. 2113-11 du code de la commande publique, le présent accord-cadre ne faisant pas l’objet de prestations distinctes, il n’est pas alloti. Le détail des prestations figure au cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP). L’accord-cadre fixe toutes les stipulations contractuelles. Il est exécuté au moyen de bons de commande dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. L’accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans ferme à compter de la date de notification. À titre indicatif, les quantités estimatives pour la durée de l’accord-cadre sont mentionnées au sein du CCAP.Ces quantités ne sauraient engager contractuellement l’administration pour l’exécution de l’accord-cadre. Le montant maximal hors taxe de l’accord-cadre pour la durée d’exécution est de 11 000 000 € HT. Cet accord-cadre comprend une clause sociale de formation sous statut scolaire.
