L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture de carburants et de services associés au sein de la Communauté d'Agglomération Pays Basque. Au regard des consommations de la Communauté d'Agglomération en carburants et services associés, le périmètre comprend : - la fourniture de carburants en vrac dans les cuves de stockage (gasoil, essence, gasoil non routier, fioul domestique et AdBlue) ; - la fourniture de carburant gasoil par cartes accréditives multi-enseignes en station services pour les camions bennes à ordures ménagères et assimilés ; - la fourniture de carburants et services associés par cartes accréditives multi-enseignes en station services pour les véhicules légers et utilitaires Fourniture en vrac d'essence sans plomb 95 (pour cuves de stockage); Fourniture en vrac de gasoil (pour cuves de stockage); Fourniture en vrac de gasoil non routier GNR (pour cuves de stockage); Fourniture en vrac de fioul domestique (pour cuves de stockage); Fourniture en vrac d'AdBlue (pour cuves de stockage); par cartes accréditives multi-enseignes en station services pour véhicules légers et utilitaires et camions benne pour ordures ménagères
