Description

La Collectivité confie au Gestionnaire l'exploitation et la maintenance du service public d'accueil et d'hôtellerie de plein air et de loisirs (ci-après " le Service public AHPAL "). L'exploitation de l'équipement consiste notamment dans sa promotion, sa commercialisation, sa gestion, et son animation. Le Gestionnaire s'engage à assurer le bon fonctionnement, la continuité, la qualité ainsi que la bonne organisation du service aux usagers. Le Gestionnaire poursuivra l'exploitation du service à ses risques et périls. Il est autorisé à percevoir auprès des usagers un prix fixé dans les conditions prévues au chapitre 6. Le Gestionnaire devra notamment assurer la prise en charge et l'exploitation complète du service public AHPAL à ses risques et périls, - la gestion administrative et financière du service public AHPAL - le respect de la réglementation en vigueur ; - la mise en place de la billetterie (tickets d'entrée, cartes d'abonnements, etc.) ; - la perception des recettes sur les usagers ; - l'accueil du public, la promotion du service, l'information aux usagers, la commercialisation et le développement du service public AHPAL dans toutes ces dimensions ; - la sécurité des installations et des usagers ; - le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité et l'ensemble des contrôles techniques réglementaires nécessaires ; - le parfait état de propreté des ouvrages, installations et biens confiés ; - La mise en oeuvre d'une démarche d'exploitation visant la réduction des consommations de fluides, d'énergies et l'utilisation de consommables éco compatibles ; - l'entretien, la maintenance et le renouvellement des ouvrages, équipements, installations et biens confiés selon des modalités et la répartition entre la Collectivité et le Gestionnaire prévus dans le présent contrat ; - une qualité globale de service dans toutes les missions dont le Gestionnaire devra rendre compte à la Collectivité ; - une communication étroite avec la Collectivité ; - la fourniture de rapports d'activité. La Collectivité conserve la direction et le contrôle du service.
