Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture de coffrets constitués de produits gastronomiques. Il s'agit de cadeaux remis aux personnes âgées de la ville de Levallois pour les festivités de Noël. La description des prestations attendues, leurs spécifications et les informations administratives du marché sont précisées au sein du Cahier des Clauses Particulières (CCP). Le présent marché est soumis aux dispositions du Code de la Commande Publique. Ce document est désigné par les termes « le Code » dans l'ensemble des pièces de la consultation. Qualifié de marché de fournitures, il est soumis aux dispositions du CCAG « Fournitures Courantes et Services » approuvé par Arrêté du 30 mars 2021. Il est passé selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 et R. 2161-1 à 5 du Code. Il constitue un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande au sens de l'article L. 2125-1 du Code. Il est soumis aux dispositions des articles et R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 du Code. Le marché sera attribué à un unique titulaire pour une durée maximale de 4 ans reconductions comprises. S'agissant d'une procédure ouverte, le nombre maximal de participants n'est pas limité. La valeur maximale du marché est fixée à 860 000 euro(s) HTVA, compte tenu de leur durée et des éventuelles reconductions, soit 215 000 euro(s) HTVA par an. Il n'y a pas de montant minimum
