La consultation comporte 2 lots : LOT 1 - FOURNITURE ET INSTALLATION TOUTES BORNES LOT 2 : SUPERVISION, GESTION DE LA MONETIQUE, EXPLOITATION ET MAINTENANCE TOUTES BORNES Pour les 2 lots, la consultation comporte une phase candidature et une phase offre. A l'issue de la phase de candidature un nombre maximal de 7 candidats seront sélectionnés et pourront poursuivre en phase offre. En phase offre, à l'issue d'une première analyse des offres, un nombre maximal pouvant aller jusqu'à 6 candidats seront retenus et pourront poursuivre les négociations pour attribution. Le lot 1 est multi attributaires et le lot 2 est mono attributaire. A titre indicatif, pour les 2 lots et sans que cela n'engage le groupement de commandes, la réalisation des prestations attendues concerne l'ensemble du territoire métropolitain. Les DROM en sont exclus. Les besoins portent sur l'achat des prestations suivantes selon le modèle CAPEX : - Fourniture et installation toutes bornes de recharges : AC et DC connectables et non connectables sur des sites identifiés par La Poste et/ou ses filiales, - Visites, études préalables à l'installation des bornes, - Etudes et travaux préalables à l'installation des bornes pour le pré-équipement des sites (génie civil, raccordement électrique,...) - Installation toutes bornes de recharge, - EN OPTION, maintenance toutes bornes de recharge. Ce lot est multi attributaires. La durée de validité de l'offre doit être de 12 mois. La quantité maximale de bornes prévue est de 4000 bornes par an.; Les besoins portent sur l'achat des prestations suivantes selon le modèle CAPEX : - Fourniture d'une solution et prestations de supervision et d'exploitation toutes bornes - Fourniture d'une solution et prestations de gestion de services de badges d'accès et de services de monétique - Maintenance toutes bornes Ce lot est mono attributaire et sera attribué à un candidat. La durée de validité de l'offre doit être de 12 mois. La quantité maximale de bornes prévue est de 4000 bornes par an.
