Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture uniquement ou la fourniture et livraison de béton prêt à l'emploi destiné à l'entretien de la voirie intercommunale. Il s'agit de la relance n°2 de la présente consultation. Conformément à l'article L2113-10 du Code de la commande publique, la présente consultation est allotie comme suit : - Lot n° 1 : Béton ordinaire - Lot n° 2 : Béton spécifique (M2025-043L2) La présente consultation concerne uniquement le lot n°1. Le lot n°2 a déjà fait l'objet d'une consultation et a été attribué. La présente consultation donnera lieu à la conclusion d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande. Il sera conclu avec un maximum de 150 000 € HT sur la durée de validité du marché s'agissant du lot n°1. La durée de validité du présent marché court à compter de sa date de notification jusqu'au 9 septembre 2029. Le délai d'exécution sera de 72h à compter de la notification du bon de commande. Les candidats devront obligatoirement fournir des échantillons (cf article 5-3 du RC).
