Description

Appel d'offres ouvert soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Cette consultation est lancée dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L2113-6 à L2113-8 du code de la commande publique. Vienne Condrieu Agglomération est le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes et est chargée de la procédure et de la signature du présent marché. L'accord-cadre sans minimum et avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Ce marché est décomposé en 4 lots. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque accord-cadre sera attribué à un seul opérateur. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants maximum comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction Matériel et petits articles d'entretien<br/>; Produits d'entretien<br/>; Articles et produits d'hygiène corporelle<br/>; Articles de cuisine<br/>
