Description

Le présent marché public a pour objet l'acquisition, la livraison, le montage et l'installation de produits électroménagers à destination des appartements de France terre d'asile. En vertu, des articles L.2113-10, -11 et R.2113-3 du Code de la commande publique, le présent marché public ne fait pas l'objet d'une décomposition en lots séparés. Il s'agit d'un marché unique qui n'est pas alloti car son objet ne permet pas l'identification de prestations distinctes. En effet, le marché public porte sur des prestations qui ne sont pas susceptibles de faire l'objet de lots puisque les prestations sont indissociables. Le présent marché public est passé sous la forme d'un accord-cadre fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles Il sera exécuté au fur et à mesure par l'émission de bons de commande conformément à l'article L.2125-1° du Code de la commande publique. En vertu de l'article R2162-1 du Code de la commande publique, le présent accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum estimé à 640 000 euros HT pour sa durée totale, reconductions incluses. Le montant maximum annuel du présent marché public est estimé à 160 000 euro(s) HT
