Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture de consommables et la mise à disposition de deux bras robotisés chirurgicaux pour les arthroplasties unicompartimentales et tri-compartimentales du genou (l’« Equipement »). La mise à disposition de l’Equipement s’analyse en une location dudit Equipement, le prix de la location étant compris dans le prix des consommables facturés au CHU de Saint Etienne (« le CHUSE »). Pour toute procédure chirurgicale Makoplastie utilisant l’Equipement, le CHUSE s’engage à acheter et le titulaire s’engage à vendre les consommables nécessaires aux procédures de Makoplastie du genou (ci-après la “Gamme de produits Genou”) tels que limitativement décrits au bordereau de prix du titulaire (les “Consommables”).
