La présente consultation concerne un accord cadre mono-attributaire ayant pour objet d'établir les termes régissant les marchés subséquents pour la fourniture des BAES toutes zones des ouvrages de la Ligne C (hors viaduc). Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre sans minimum et avec un maximum en application de l'article R2162-4-2° du Code de la Commande Publique. Le montant maximum de l'accord cadre est de 950 000 euro(s) HT. Ce marché est relancé suite à une déclaration sans suite. Chaque opération fera l'objet d'un marché subséquent précisant le périmètre de la prestation, les quantités, les délais d'exécution et la durée du marché subséquent. Ces marchés subséquents prendront la forme d'un accord cadre à bon de commande. Dans le cadre de l'attribution de cet accord cadre, un premier marché subséquent sera attribué de manière concomitante pour le projet de construction de la Ligne C du métro, secteur SUD EST, à l'attributaire de l'accord-cadre. La durée de l'accord-cadre est de 5 ans à compter de la notification de l'accord-cadre
