Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture et la livraison, sur bons de commande, de chalets en bois d'occasion, pliables, empilables et transportables, destinés aux manifestations organisées par la collectivité. Les chalets recherchés sont de dimensions 3 mètres, 4 mètres et 6 mètres, dont au moins un modèle de 4 mètres et 1 modèle de 6 mètres disposant d'une façade avant entièrement ouvrante. Les prestations comprennent la fourniture des chalets, leur livraison sur le lieu indiqué par le pouvoir adjudicateur ainsi que, le cas échéant, les accessoires nécessaires à leur mise en service conformément aux spécifications techniques du cahier des clauses particulières (CCP). Les commandes seront passées au fur et à mesure des besoins de la collectivité par l'émission de bons de commande, dans la limite du montant maximum prévu par l'accord-cadre
