Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent marché public a pour objet de confier au titulaire le soin de fournir aux médiathèques de la CAVYVS, un service d'abonnement à divers périodiques, dont la liste est communiquée en annexe, avec des échéances désordonnées. Il est à cet égard chargé de la gestion et du suivi des commandes, des réclamations et des factures liées auxdits abonnements. Ce rôle d'intermédiation permet ainsi au pouvoir adjudicateur de ne pas avoir à s'adresser à des centaines d'éditeurs individuellement, en particulier pour les abonnements à des revues nationales ou étrangères ou pour des abonnements spécialisés
