Description

La présente consultation concerne la fourniture en matériaux bois pour le département Gestion patrimoine immobilier d'Alès Agglomération. L'acheteur public est pouvoir adjudicateur conformément à l'article L1211-1 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le présent marché est un accord-cadre à bon de commande multi-attributaires avec les limites financières annuelles suivantes : sans montant minimum annuel, montant maximum annuel de 45 000 Euros HT. Il sera attribué à 2 candidats maximum qui auront présenté les deux meilleures offres, sous réserve qu'il y ait un nombre suffisant de candidats et d'offres régulières, appropriées et acceptables. Le marché est conclu pour un délai de 12 mois à compter de la date de notification du marché. Il est reconductible de façon expresse par période d'un an, le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. Aucune clause de garantie financière ne sera appliquée. Financement du marché : fonds propres Alès Agglomération. Paiement par virement bancaire dans un délai de 30 jours. Application d'intérêts moratoires (BCE majoré de 8 points) et indemnité forfaitaire pour frais de recouvrement de 40 euro(s).
