Der Landkreis Unstrut-Hainich als Schulträger des Berufsschulcampus Unstrut-Hainich beabsichtigt im Rahmen einer Öffentlichen Ausschreibung gemäß Unterschwellenvergabeordnung (UVgO) die Modernisierung der zentralen Netzwerk- und Endpoint-Sicherheit des Berufsschulcampus zu vergeben. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist eine redundant ausgelegte Firewall-Umgebung im Clusterbetrieb mit zwei Knoten im Aktiv-/Passiv-Verbund einschließlich E-Mail-Sicherheitsfunktionen, zentraler Management- und Logging-Komponenten, einer Web Application Firewall für bis zu fünf veröffentlichte Webanwendungen, Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung und VPN-Fernzugriff für bis zu 200 Nutzer sowie einer zentral verwaltbaren Endpoint-Security-Lösung mit EDR-/XDR-Funktionalität. Die Lösung ist für ca. 2.500 gleichzeitig aktive Nutzer bzw. Geräte und den vorhandenen Internetanschluss von 1 Gbit/s auszulegen. In den Endpoint-Schutz sind ca. 610 Systeme einzubeziehen, bestehend aus ca. 550 Windows-Arbeitsplätzen und ca. 60 Windows-Servern. Gefordert wird eine ganzheitliche Lösung aus Hardware, Software und den erforderlichen Lizenzen sowie Dienstleistungen wie Feinkonzeption, Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Konfiguration, Übernahme und Optimierung des bestehenden Regelwerks mit derzeit 56 Regeln, Migration, Tests, Dokumentation, Abnahme und Übergabe. Ergänzend sind Einweisung und Schulung sowie Updates, Wartung und Herstellersupport über die Vertragslaufzeit vorzusehen.
