Les tâches principales consistent à assurer les services de gardiennage d e l’accueil de la Représentation. Si né-cessaire, l'entreprise doit être en mesure de fournir du personnel de sécurité formé pour d'autres événements organisés par la représentation (y compris le soir) dans les logements de fonction officielles. Le service deman-dé comprend deux agents de sécurité à temps plein ayant au moins un an d'expérience dans des fonctions simi-laires. Ils sont généralement présents du lundi au vendredi, de 8h30 à 17h00. Leurs tâches principales consis-tent à surveiller la chancellerie et, à l'aide de caméras de surveillance, ses espaces extérieurs ; à vérifier l'identité des visiteurs ; à s'assurer qu'aucun objet ou substance dangereux ne pénètre dans les locaux et à signaler toute situation dangereuse au personnel de la Représentation ou à la police.
