Description

Fordonsmyndigheten på Åland upphandlar en systemlösning för de register som utgör basen i registrerings- och besiktningsverksamhetens systemstöd: Kundregister, fordonsregister inklusive typregisterinformation, båtregister, inteckningsregister och trafiktillståndsregister, enligt nedanstående instruktioner och bifogade handlingar. Ansökningsinbjudan ger en övergripande bild av upphandlingen så att du som leverantör ska kunna avgöra om det är intressant att ansöka om att delta i upphandlingen. Upphandlingens detaljer kan komma att ändras och förtydligas, men inte på ett sådant sätt att upphandlingens syfte och grundläggande förutsättningar såsom minimikrav ändras. Fordonsmyndigheten söker en leverantör med gedigen erfarenhet av utveckling av systemstöd för offentlig verksamhet. Systemlösningen ska vara utformad för att kunna förvaltas under en längre tid och ska följa den lagstiftning som gäller Fordonsmyndighetens verksamhet.
