Description

Ålands landskapsregering inbjuder intresserade anbudsgivare att delta i denna upphandling avseende ett komplett biljettsystem för busstrafiken på Åland. Systemet ska omfatta både hårdvara och mjukvara och möjliggöra hantering av biljettförsäljning, validering och administration. Den upphandlande enheten avser initialt att använda den mjukvara som ingår i systemet, men förbehåller sig rätten att under avtalstiden ersätta denna med tredjepartsmjukvara som installeras på den upphandlade hårdvaran. Från och med den tidpunkt då den ursprungliga mjukvaran inte längre används ska ingen fortsatt ersättning för denna utgå. Beställaren har därutöver rätt att under avtalstiden avropa optioner, såsom passagerarvänd cEMV-terminal med tillhörande licenser, samt förlängning av avtalet med upp till fem (5) år. Detaljerade tekniska och kommersiella krav framgår av leveransavtalet och dess bilagor.
