Доставка товару здійснюється за рахунок Учасника (Постачальника), його транспортом чи транспортом перевізника за рахунок Учасника (Постачальника). Постачальник має вжити заходів щодо запобіганню псуванню товару в дорозі. Розрахунки за поставлений Товар проводяться у строк до 60 (шістдесят) робочих днів з дати приймання Покупцем Товару, яка підтверджується підписанням Сторонами належним чином оформлених видаткових накладних (актів приймання-передачі чи інших первинних документів). Попередня оплата (аванс) не передбачені
