L'objecte del present contracte és l'execució de les obres d'adequació i millora d'un local municipal destinat a bar-restaurant situat a la Plaça del Casal del municipi de Torrelles de Foix, d'acord amb el projecte tècnic redactat per l'arquitecte Jaume Vallès Busquets i aprovat per l'Ajuntament. Així mateix, formen part de l'objecte contractual les actuacions descrites al document Millores al projecte per a l'adequació i millora d'un local municipal per destinar-ho a bar-restaurant situat a la Plaça del Casal, consistent en la incorporació d'un paviment continu de microciment gris cendra i una prestatgeria metàl·lica decorativa segons els plànols i amidaments del projecte de millores.
