Evaluation and Learning Partner (Sport England Place Partnership Funding Expansion - Leicester)

Active Together is commissioning an evaluation and learning partner to support the Sport England funded Place Expansion work in Leicester for an 18 month contract. Leicester has been awarded Place Based investment funding running from September 2026 to March 2028. The appointed partner will upskill the team, partner organisations and the public in evaluation and learning, carry out formal qualitative evaluation such as ripple effect mapping and social network analysis, and lead formal evaluation and learning submissions to Sport England and the National Evaluation and Learning Partner.
