La présente procédure adaptée ouverte est soumise aux dispositions des articles L.2123-1 et R2123-1 1° du Code de la commande publique. Cette consultation sera passée en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique relatif aux accords-cadres. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire sans minimum et avec un maximum. Il fixe les conditions d'exécution des prestations et s'exécute au fur et à mesure de l'émission des bons de commande. Les bons de commande seront notifiés par le pouvoir adjudicateur au fur et mesure des besoins. Le montant maximum sur 4 ans est de 215 000 EUR HT. L'atteinte de ce seuil rendra l'accord-cadre caduc.
