L'accord-cadre mono-attributaire avec maximum de 400 000,00 euros HT sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. L'objectif de l'étude est d'examiner les potentialités des différents bassins versants raccordés aux systèmes d'assainissement des stations d'épuration de Thionville, Florange, Guénange et Richemont en termes de déconnexion des eaux pluviales du réseau d'assainissement unitaire. Le bureau d'études choisi donnera des solutions stratégiques permettant de soulager le système d'assainissement, de réduire les couts d'exploitation, d'améliorer la résilience climatique du territoire et de renforcer la qualité du cadre de vie. Ces solutions seront priorisées, elles permettront aux élus d'argumenter et de valider leur choix tout en composant avec la temporalité de mise en oeuvre de ces opportunités et du budget alloué à ces opérations. Le détail du phasage de l'opération figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires
