Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la programmation d'ensemble des constructions neuves de la ZAC des Quartiers de la Gare à Grigny et une mission d'appui à la commercialisation et la recherche d'opérateurs pour des montages innovants. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le CCTP et ses annexes. Le marché prendra la forme d’un marché à prix unitaires avec une part à prix global et forfaitaire. Conformément aux articles R. 2162-13 et 14 du code de la commande publique, la partie à prix unitaires est déclinée sous la forme d’un accord-cadre mono-attributaire : - Sans montant minimum, - Avec un montant maximum de : 65 000 € HT pour toute la durée du marché. Cette partie sera exécutée par l’émission, au fur et à mesure, de bons de commande. Les prestations à prix unitaires concernent l’appui à la commercialisation des lots résidentiels et à la recherche d’opérateurs spécialisés dans les montages innovants. Une part du marché est prévue à prix global et forfaitaire, conformément à l’article R. 2112-6-2° du CCP, concernant l’élaboration d’une programmation de référence de la ZAC des quartiers de la Gare.
