Montant HT minimum pour la durée totale du contrat : 5000.0 Euro(s) H.T. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les prestations similaires envisagées. L'objet du marché est la réalisation d'une étude sur l'exposition aux inondations des aires de stationnement publiques de surface, porté et animé par l'EPTB Vistre Vistrenque, maître d'ouvrage de l'opération. Ce programme est inscrit en tant qu'action 1.9 du PAPI 3 Vistre (Programme d'Action de Prévention des Inondations) s'étendant de 2022 à 2028 et signé le 21 février 2022. Le but de cette étude est l'identification des parkings publics de surface, la cartographie des aléas sous 3 fréquences, puis le classement des parkings hors d'eau ou en zone inondable dans un objectif d'améliorer leur gestion en période de crise
