El objeto del presente contrato es la construcción de la primera fase de las obras de la nueva Base Logística del Ejército de Tierra (BLET) «GENERAL DE EJÉRCITO JAVIER VARELA», el proyecto describe las obras necesarias para la ejecución de todos los edificios que conforman la nueva base logística, así como la urbanización e instalaciones necesarias para su correcto funcionamiento. Infraestructuras con función logística y de mantenimiento de Sistemas de Armas; Infraestructuras con función administrativa y de servicios.
