The contract covers environmental improvement works, namely the second phase of measures to improve biodiversity through landscape restoration and hydromorphological work along the River Huerva in Zaragoza, on the stretch between the Blasco del Cacho bridge and Gran Vía. The buyer is Gerencia de Ecociudad Zaragoza S.A.U. (Medio Propio), in a joint procedure with Zaragoza City Council under municipal file 24.771/2025. The project was approved by the Government of Zaragoza on 23 June 2025 and is supported by the Biodiversity Foundation of MITECO under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union through NextGenerationEU. The contract was awarded on 7 August 2025.
