se pretende dar respuesta a las necesidades detectadas en la auditoría energética relativas a la mejora de la eficiencia energética de las instalaciones de iluminación del edificio. A tal efecto, se contemplan actuaciones de sustitución y adecuación del alumbrado existente, orientadas a adaptar las instalaciones actuales a la normativa vigente, aplicando las soluciones que permitan alcanzar la mayor eficiencia energética posible y la máxima reducción de los costes asociados al ciclo de vida de las instalaciones. Las actuaciones se definirán en función del uso específico de cada zona del edificio, con el objetivo de garantizar un uso racional y eficiente de la energía consumida, así como de contribuir a la reducción de las emisiones de COz a la atmósfera. La celebración del presente contrato es necesaria para la instalación de luminarias LED para la adecuación del alumbrado general del Hospital Universitari i Politécnic La Fe, mediante la sustitución de las luminarias fluorescentes actuales.
