Description

El objeto del presente procedimiento es solicitar ofertas para la contratación promovida por la Fundación Hospital de Santo Pablo y Santa Tecla para la ejecución de la obra civil e instalaciones correspondientes a la ampliación y reforma del Hospital de El Vendrell, de acuerdo con el proyecto ejecutivo, así como de las obras correspondientes a la estructura y a las reformas iniciales, a excepción de los trabajos de movimiento de tierras, estructura y reformas iniciales, dado que estas actuaciones ya han sido ejecutadas en fases anteriores. En consecuencia, el presente contrato comprende la ejecución de la totalidad de las obras, incluyendo las instalaciones, la urbanización, las legalizaciones, las pruebas, la puesta en servicio y el resto de actuaciones necesarias para completar la ampliación y reforma del Hospital de El Vendrell, hasta su entrega en condiciones de pleno funcionamiento, de acuerdo con la documentación técnica que rige la licitación. Las proposiciones de los interesados deben ajustarse al pliego de cláusulas administrativas y técnicas. En consecuencia, el hecho de presentarlas supone la aceptación incondicionada por el licitador del contenido de la totalidad de estas cláusulas o condiciones, sin ninguna excepción ni reserva, que formarán parte inseparable del contrato a subscribir con la adjudicataria.
