LOTE 1- Tiene por objeto las obras de construcción del nuevo auditorio-teatro municipal.; LOTE 2- Tiene por objeto las obras correspondientes al montaje de las instalaciones mecánicas y eléctricas correspondientes al equipamiento escénico básico necesario para la puesta en funcionamiento del nuevo auditorio-teatro, así como el suministro del citado equipamiento escénico.
