The works cover the civil construction of the industrial building and its outdoor spaces, together with the installations of the building and the outdoor areas. The contract was awarded to RUBAU TARRÉS, S.A.U. and CONSTRUCTORA SANJOSE, S.A. for EUR 6,705,371.45. The awarded price is 8% below the estimated value of EUR 7,281,838.48.
