Constituye el objeto del presente contrato la ejecución de las obras definidas en los proyectos aprobados que integran el expediente, con sujeción a sus memorias, planos, pliegos de prescripciones técnicas particulares, mediciones, presupuesto, estudio de seguridad y salud, estudio de gestión de residuos y demás documentación técnica contractual, con expresa sujeción a las prevenciones del Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas.
