Description

El objeto de este contrato consiste en prestar un servicio de mantenimiento técnico-legal y apoyo al mantenimiento correctivo en las instalaciones de la sede de la Delegación Territorial en Sevilla de Inclusión Social, Juventud, Familias e Igualdad, teniendo como meta garantizar la disponibilidad permanente de las mismas en un nivel óptimo de prestaciones y un correcto coste de explotación. En cualquier caso, la prestación del servicio comprenderá todas las operaciones necesarias de mantenimiento preventivo y parcialmente el correctivo, hasta un importe estipulado en los pliegos y distribuido por cada lote, para asegurar la mejor conservación de este edificio administrativo y sus instalaciones. El contrato incluirá las revisiones periódicas que vengan exigidas por la normativa vigente de obligado cumplimiento y las reparaciones necesarias en caso de avería. Mantenimiento correctivo general de apoyo en la sede y mantenimiento preventivo técnico-legal de las instalaciones eléctricas de baja y media tensión y centros de transformación, obra civil (pequeña albañilería, carpintería, pintura, saneamiento, fontanería, urbanización), mobiliario, mudanzas y varios de la Delegación Territorial.; Mantenimiento preventivo técnico-legal de las instalaciones de protección contra incendios de la Delegación Territorial.; Mantenimiento preventivo técnico-legal de las instalaciones de climatización y ventilación de la Delegación Territorial.
