La prestación del servicio de mantenimiento de los edificios municipales, colegios públicos y dependencias gestionadas por el Ayuntamiento de San Cristóbal de La Laguna dentro de la demarcación de este término Municipal, excluido los Organismos Autónomos y las empresas municipales, de conformidad con las características y especificaciones que figuran en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas, con el fin de disponer de un servicio que incluya el mantenimiento ordinario y extraordinario, así como la atención a urgencias e incidencias imprevistas, que permita cumplir con las obligaciones y normativa aplicable con el objetivo de preservar la funcionalidad, seguridad y valor de los inmuebles municipales.
