Establecimiento mediante un Acuerdo Marco ,con una o varias empresas ,de las condiciones a las que habrán de ajustarse los contratos basados que pretenda adjudicar el órgano de contratación para el servicio de mantenimiento y reparaciones de la flota del CPBV durante la vigencia del acuerdo marco, para garantizar el éxito en la intervención del CPBV frente a las emergencias el cual requiere que la capacidad operativa antes citada se encuentre siempre en su máximo grado de disponibilidad, para lo cual la gestión del mantenimiento de vehículos es esencial.
