Description

El objeto del presente contrato será la correcta ejecución del contrato de servicios consistente en la, “PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE RECOGIDA Y TRANSPORTE DE RESIDUOS DE COMPETENCIA LOCAL, LIMPIEZA DE ESPACIOS PÚBLICOS Y LIMPIEZA DE EDIFICIOS MUNICIPALES EN EL MUNICIPIO DE ANTIGUA”. La empresa adjudicataria se ocupará de la la limpieza de los espacios públicos y la recogida y transporte de determinados residuos de competencia local generados en el municipio de Antigua, así como de la limpieza de determinados edificios de titularidad municipal, materializándose dicho objeto en las prestaciones detalladas en el ámbito funcional descrito en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (en adelante, PPT), con sujeción a las prescripciones del citado PPT, y a las cláusulas del Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares (en adelante, PCAP), y la legislación general y sectorial de aplicación, así como al resto de documentación para cada uno de los lotes. Así pues, la presente contratación responde a un contrato mixto de suministro y servicios, pues comprende prestaciones propias del contrato de suministro de acuerdo con la definición del artículo 16 LCSP, y de los contratos de servicios, de acuerdo con la definición del artículo 17 LCSP, estando ambas prestaciones vinculadas y en relación de complementariedad en el sentido del artículo 34.2 LCSP. Es cometido de este Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares fijar las condiciones que han de regir el contrato para cada LOTE, conforme al Pliego de prescripciones Técnicas Particulares y a la normativa sectorial de aplicación, que en su conjunto forman el régimen jurídico básico regulador del servicio.
