Description

El objeto del presente contrato es la prestación de los servicios necesarios para la organización y gestión de los eventos y acciones comunicativas del INSST. Así, se pretende contar con un servicio integral que permita la organización de los eventos institucionales del INSST y el desarrollo de los elementos necesarios para la realización de las acciones de comunicación del organismo. La empresa adjudicataria aportará e instalará los medios técnicos necesarios para el correcto desarrollo de las acciones comunicativas y los eventos, de acuerdo con las instrucciones dictadas por el INSST. Además, acreditará previamente que dispone de los derechos de uso de cuantos materiales necesite (música, derechos de imagen, etc.) y entregará todos los materiales utilizados, las artes finales y brutos del material gráfico y/o audiovisual, en soporte físico y digital, empleado para las piezas a las 72 horas tras la finalización del proyecto. Así mismo, cumplirá con la normativa vigente relativa a accesibilidad cumpliendo como mínimo el nivel AA (conforme a REAL DECRETO 112/2018, norma técnica UNE-EN 301549:2022 y Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2: 12-12-2024).
