El objeto del presente contrato comprende las siguientes prestaciones: 1. El Suministro, implantación, configuración, parametrización e integración con otros sistemas de un sistema multientidad para la gestión de los RR.HH (1140 empleados), con un mínimo de 35 licencias, que contenga, al menos, los siguientes módulos: - Gestión del personal. - Nóminas y seguros sociales. - Gestión del presupuesto. - Selección y contratación. - Acción Social. - Formación. - Relaciones sindicales. - Control de presencia. - Portal del empleado. - Cuadro de mando. 2. Mantenimiento y adaptación a los cambios legales, funcionales y tecnológicos. 3. Soporte de atención usuarios de lunes a viernes en horario de 8:00 a 20:00 horas. 4. Formación a usuarios del programa informático. 5. Servicio de migración de datos. 6. Servicios de integración con aplicaciones de terceros y con las existentes en la DPH. 7. Servicio de realización de copias de seguridad y recuperación de datos.
